The hostel was fantastic, comfortable, clean and owners were friendly and helpful.
About 15/20 min drive from Ibiza town and great cosmopolitan beaches and taxi trips to town & all the good clubs were very expensive. The sant Antonio area is also full of British tourists, very rowdy and skanky.
After the check out we were able to take a shower before leaving
Very poor breakfast, very expensive internet for such a slow connexion, when we arrived the room was dirty
Very good standard, you don't pay a lot! Near to the port and main activities. The rooms are cleaned every day
The only one good thing about this hotel was the aircon! And location not too bad!
No fridge in the room,no aircon outside the room, litf out of order ( our room was on the fourth floor!) , walls thin as a paper, rude manager.
This hotel is very clean, well run and the manager is very helpful. I had a problem with the residents in the room above mine being very noisy (the walls and ceilings/floors seem fairly thin) and asked for another room and this was arranged with no problem. It's in an excellent location being a short (5 minute) walk to the bay and yet is in a fairly quiet street.
Hotel was idealy situated for all amenieties, 300 meters from bus station, 5 min walk to sea and shops but far enough away from the noise that you get from the clubbers. The hostal mari is a very friendly place to stay, the staff are great, the evening meals we had were superb especially the pitzas (homemade with lots of topping :) ), only downfall was the breakfast, but for the price I cant complain. Would stay at the Hostel Mari again is I go to Ibiza We also had lovely meals with Jenny and Pepe at the bar on the next corner up from the Mari (cant remember the name)
There was nothing I didnt like but the breakfast could be a little bit better
We were surprised and charmed with the hostal location and its climate. Yet at the reception desk we were warmly welcomed and well served for the entire staying. We can truly recommend this place as it casts the climate of the whole island. Plus, all you need is close. Good restaurant (ground floor), small shop (across the street), free parking and not far from city center. There is also free WiFi available.
Value for money, excellent staff - they serve you breakfast, and were willing to do this;) Good location, nice atmosphere, hostel like hotel. Definitely for young people.
the stuff was very friendly and helpful, they provided extra heating for my room
I liked the position of the hotel in Ibiza island, and that the hotel is really very close to the bus station.
Some of the personal does not speak english and is very difficult to pay with a credit card lately in the night.
Room is clean and good looking. There is a lift.
Without mini-fridge in the room. Without place for drying beach towels and swimmwear.
I think the staff from the place are a delight! The hostel is very close to the beach and it has a very good connection to Eivissa Town. Although San Antonio is known for the noisy people all over the night, the hostel is located in a quiet zone and you could get a relaxing sleep after a long sunny day.
The breakfast was good and extensive. It was nice to have had it included. It is composed of mostly bread items, and cereal, but you can eat as much as you would like. The staff was also very friendly. The area isn´t the most beautiful, but it is very close to a small, popular beach and is located near a lot of nightlife. It was located close to a concert destination of our´s Ibiza 123, and there were many nearby places from which we could either purchase cheap sandwhiches (at convenient stores) or we could go somewhere else for a nicer meal. Additionally, it was within close walking distance to the buststop which made day trips to other places ideal.
I wish the internet access on the computer had been a bit better. I paid 4 Euro for a terribly slow connection. If they do have one computer that is going to charge for internet usage then it should be a bit of better quality. Our room didn´t come with any type of soap or shower stuff... I wasn´t sure whether or not that was meant to be expected, but small bottles of some type of shampoo or something would have been appreciated.
Free internet in the lobby.
Noisy, we felt unsafe in there. We were booked for 3 nights and checked out early because it was horrible. Our room had fist print on the door, smeled like bleach and we couldn't sleep.
